A - This is one of the main questions we are asked on almost an hourly basis. There are no set fees for website design. The price of a website depends on your requirements and the functionality of your website, not every website looks the same or will have the same functionality. 
Some websites contain ecommerce functionality (online shopping) to allow people buy online, others contain online databases such as car dealers and estate agents, others are general brochure sites and content managed sites. So the price will depend the functionality website and the amount of work involved.

Q - Do I need to visit you or setup a meeting ?
A - This will depend on complex the development side will be. We have developed a process online where we can collect information on your requirements with the need for onsite meetings. If you decide to get your website designed by us we will supply you with all the information you need to get started. Generally all we will require is design and content approval/supply. Our experience in web design makes it very easy to preempt most of your requirements. If your websites functionality is very complex we would recommend a meeting to discuss your requirements. Q - I receive lots of email's from companies who say they can get me into Google ?
A - Best thing is to delete those emails. These companies send out one email to millions of people in the hope a percentage will contact them. Don't let any company near your website unless they have a proven track record in search engine optimization (SEO) or internet marketing. Content is king, and you will often find that these companies are not to be found on Google too easily themselves.

Q - I would like a facility to be able to update sections of my website ?
A - If required we can provide you with a Content Management system that will allow you log into an admin panel with a unique password and username where you can make changes to your web pages in minutes. No web design or technical knowledge is needed to update your website, if you can use Microsoft Word you are more than capable of using the CMS we provide you with. You will have the ability to add photographs/images, text and video. You tell us what you would like to update and we will ensure your site is able to make these changes. No software needed you can update your website from anywhere in the world from your internet browser.

Q - What information do I need to provide to you ?
A - We would require detailed information on your company, the products you sell, the services you provide , images and text for the web site. If you cannot supply photos or images we can provide high quality photos associated with your business from our large image / photo database. We recommend that you endeavor to create as much relevant content as possible. As you will read in our SEO section. Content is king when it comes to search engines and in particular Google being able to find your website.

Q - What is the definition of a web page ?
A - You may see that we offer website packages based on pages. A web page is one page on your website that will contain different content to the other pages. Example : You have a five page website and each page is has different page content. Your services page will list information on your services and this is counted as one page, you may require a page for each of your services and these are counted as individual pages. This website has over 20 web pages. The more pages your website has, and the more unique relevant content you generate, the more useful your website will be to your customers. It will also be more likely to be returned in search results.

Q - Do you provide website maintenance ?
A - Yes most people do not like to use or require a content management system and would require a design company 
to maintain their website, we can provide you with different website maintenance packages to choose from. We generally will include basic maintenance as part of our hosting service.
